A Message From the Executive Director

We remain deeply committed to surrounding every client we serve with love, unwavering support, genuine compassion, and meaningful guidance. Each mother in our Outreach and Residential programs leaves an imprint on our hearts—teaching, inspiring us, and helping us grow into better, more compassionate versions of ourselves as we continue this mission together.

I am incredibly grateful for our dedicated staff and volunteers. Your passion and commitment are the heartbeat of this ministry—without you, this life-changing work simply wouldn’t be possible.

As I reflect on the past several months, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the continued support of The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads. The blessings we’ve received have been abundant and far-reaching, creating a ripple effect that extends well beyond what we can see—touching lives, restoring families, and bringing light to those who need it most.

 Colossians 3:17

"And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him."

TEAM MEMBER RECOGNITIONS

Caitlin Carver

Caitlin joined our Board of Directors in 2024, and from the very start, she has brought incredible energy, vision, and heart to our mission!

This year, she stepped into the role of Fundraising Committee Chair and immediately made an unforgettable impact—playing a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing our biggest fundraiser of the year, Let’s Taco ’Bout Babies.

Thanks to her leadership, creativity, and tireless dedication, the event was a tremendous success.

Having the opportunity to work closely with Caitlin, I witnessed firsthand her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to this ministry. She leads with both excellence and compassion, always giving her very best in everything she does.

Caitlin is truly a beautiful soul—inside and out—and her passion for serving others shines in every aspect of her work. We are beyond blessed to have her as part of our team, and her impact will continue to be felt in countless lives.

Jose & Noemi Troncoso

Jose & Noemi are two of our dedicated Delivery Angels.

This amazing couple joined our volunteer family last year and have made a significant impact.

They faithfully give their time to pick up donations and deliver essential items directly to our clients, often going out of their way to ensure that every mother and family receives exactly what they need. Their reliability, kindness, and servant spirit bring both practical support and genuine encouragement to those we serve.

During the Christmas season, Jose and Noemi’s generosity shone even brighter. Through their efforts, GPOC received a generous donation of toys, helping us bring joy, hope, and smiles to so many children in our care. Their willingness to step in and make things happen created a meaningful and lasting impact during a very special time of year.

We are incredibly grateful for Jose and Noemi and their unwavering dedication to this ministry. They truly embody the heart of service, and we are so blessed to have them as part of our mission.

Maryann Rodgers

Maryann joined our team of Outreach Angels in January, and in such a short time, she has already made an extraordinary and lasting impact on our ministry. From the moment she became part of our volunteer family, Maryann has gone above and beyond in ways that truly inspire everyone around her.

Her compassion, generosity, and joyful servant heart shine through in every interaction. She meets each mother with genuine care and empathy, offering not only support but also encouragement and hope during some of life’s most challenging moments. Maryann has a beautiful way of making every mother feel seen, valued, and deeply cared for.

She doesn’t simply meet needs—she exceeds them with grace, thoughtfulness, and love, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure each family feels supported and uplifted. Her dedication and willingness to give so freely of her time and heart embody the very spirit of this ministry.

The difference Maryann is making is truly incredible, and we are so grateful for the light she brings to The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads. We feel incredibly blessed to have her on our team.

Thank you, Maryann, for pouring your heart so fully into this mission—you are a true gift to us and to every life you touch.

Peggy Kalich

Peggy, our incredible County Coordinator for Fayette, has been an absolute blessing to The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads!

Since joining our volunteer family, she has wholeheartedly poured herself into serving moms throughout their pregnancies, offering not only support but genuine care and compassion that truly makes a difference.

Her gracious spirit and kind heart shine through in everything she does. Peggy doesn’t just serve—she uplifts, encourages, and inspires. She has become an invaluable asset to our ministry, even taking the initiative to host multiple vendor booths to help spread awareness of our mission and reach more families in need.

What makes Peggy especially remarkable is her eagerness to grow. She is always willing to learn, ask questions, and step outside of her comfort zone to better serve the moms we walk alongside. Her dedication, humility, and passion are truly inspiring.

We are immensely grateful for Peggy and the love she brings to this ministry. She is a shining example of what it means to serve with a full and joyful heart, and we are so blessed to have her on our team!
