A Message From the Executive Director
Mid-year is always a beautiful time to pause and reflect. As we look back at these past three months of Q2, my heart is overflowing with gratitude for this community.
Sometimes, growth happens out in the open for everyone to see. But other times, growth happens quietly beneath the surface. That is exactly what Q2 was for us. It was a season of planting seeds, strengthening our foundation, and doing the work for what's to come.
I've watched our team support one another during busy days, share laughs amidst the chaos, and bring their authentic hearts to the ministry every day. It's about the spirit of faith, hope, and community that is shared every single day.
Every challenge or roadblock was embraced as a divine chance to lift each other up and serve with purpose. There is a profound assurance in knowing that when we invest with love and faithfulness, a joyful harvest always follows.
I have absolute confidence in our path forward because I have unwavering faith in the remarkable team God has gathered here. Let's continue this journey with passion and purpose!

Driven by a profound personal conviction, she possesses a fierce devotion to uplifting those in need and has answered a clear spiritual calling to serve within our ministry. This powerful combination of graceful empathy and determined vision makes Bianca the perfect fit to steer this essential branch of our ministry, ensuring that every mother and baby who turns to us is met with hope, love, and dignity.
We are profoundly blessed to have Bianca guiding our outreach ministry. We cannot wait to see how God uses her unique gifts, vision, and energy to uplift local mothers, protect vulnerable babies, and strengthen families throughout the Crossroads area.

We are incredibly blessed to have Chelsea serving as our County Coordinator for Lavaca County! Since joining the GPOC family, she has dedicated herself to walking alongside expectant mothers. Whether she is offering emotional support, helping a mom navigate our Earn While You Learn program, or simply being a steady presence, Chelsea embodies what it means to serve with a joyful, compassionate heart. Her warm smile and loving spirit shine brightly in everything she does, bringing a sense of peace and hope to every family she touches.
What makes Chelsea truly exceptional is her desire to grow. She is always willing to learn and adapt. Her humility, dedication, and vibrant passion are a constant source of inspiration to us all.
We are profoundly grateful for Chelsea and the immense love she brings to this ministry. She is a shining example of what it means to serve with a selfless, joyful, and full heart.
Jerri Lara
Jerri serves as our dedicated Jackson County Coordinator and has been the driving force behind The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads serving in Jackson County.
Her commitment ensures that the outreach program in Jackson County runs smoothly and efficiently, creating a lasting positive impact on every mother she serves.
One of Jerri's greatest qualities is her proactive mindset. She embraces growth and never hesitates to learn and adapt to change with grace and enthusiasm.
We are so grateful for Jerri's commitment to providing families help, hope, and love, all delivered with a positive attitude.
brenda cheesman
Brenda is our passionate De Witt County Coordinator and has been a valuable member of The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads volunteer team.
Every member of the GPOC team brings something special to the table, and she brings a tenacious dedication and a strong heart for service to the families in De Witt County. Brenda has a resolute, unwavering passion for ministering to moms in our care. She has an unshakable commitment to the families she serves.
We are grateful for Brenda's beautiful servant's heart and her uncompromising commitment to protecting the sanctity of life and uplifting families.
Molly adams
As a Hotline Volunteer, Molly is one of the frontline hearts of our ministry. Serving as the very first point of contact for women navigating unexpected or challenging pregnancies, she steps into moments of high anxiety with grace and courage.
Molly is part of a dedicated team of volunteers that keep our lifeline open, answering every call with a blend of profound empathy, patient listening, and a calm, reassuring presence. Beyond just providing resources, Molly offers her ability to listen without judgment, reminding every woman who calls that she is not alone, making her an invaluable pillar of our mission.
Molly also steps in to cover shifts when a fellow volunteer is in need. We are incredibly blessed to have Molly on our frontline, serving both our callers and her team with such dedication.

Stefani is our Communications Director. She guides our dedicated group of Hotline Volunteers, ensuring they have the tools, training, and encouragement needed to be the frontline hearts of our ministry.
Stefani also helps anchor the spiritual heartbeat of our mission by heading the Prayer Warriors. Through this vital network, she ensures that every prayer request, whether for the future of our ministry or for the specific, delicate needs of the moms we serve, is met with immediate, faithful intercession. Stefani’s unique blend of strategic leadership and spiritual devotion keeps our ministry both operationally strong and deeply rooted in faith.
Her heart for our moms and her dedication to faith make Stefani an indispensable blessing to our ministry.

The Bethlehem Maternity Home
At the Bethlehem Maternity Home, every milestone is a testament to love, resilience, and community. This quarter, we had the privilege of supporting 4 courageous mothers and 2 beautiful children, providing them with a safe haven, steady guidance, and unwavering hope during one of the most critical chapters of their lives.
The highlight of our journey together was welcoming a precious new baby into the world, a moment of pure joy that reminds us exactly why we do this work.

Earn While You Learn Impact
Through our Earn While You Learn program, 31 dedicated mothers have truly invested in their futures. Together, they completed 334 educational lessons, earning over 6,600 points toward essential items for their babies. These numbers represent hours of quiet dedication, growth, and preparation for motherhood. We are incredibly proud of each woman's commitment to learning and building a strong foundation for her family.
Mother and Baby Outreach
Our team stepped up to support 67 families with one-time needs, ensuring they received essential items during a challenging time.
Our wonderful Outreach Angels had the privilege of walking alongside 28 expectant mothers throughout their pregnancies. More than just providing support, they blessed these women with love, encouragement, ministry, and a renewed sense of hope.
Hotline
Our incredible Hotline Angels answered over 133 phone calls this quarter.

This is a fully remote position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident in your role.

The Bethlehem Maternity Home is looking for compassionate volunteer babysitters to care for our little ones while their mothers attend classes, counseling sessions, appointments, and other program activities that help build a brighter future.
Whether you can volunteer once a week or a few hours each month, your presence provides children with a safe, loving environment and allows moms to focus on reaching their goals.
No professional childcare experience is required. We provide guidance, and all volunteers must complete Safe Environment Training and a background check.
If you have a heart for children and a desire to serve, we'd love to welcome you to our volunteer family.
