As I sit down to write this, I can't believe it has already been one year since I stepped into the role of Executive Director of The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads.
What a year it has been.
This past year has brought challenges, growth, new opportunities, and countless reminders of why this ministry matters so deeply. I've had the privilege of meeting so many incredible mothers, children, volunteers, donors, churches, community partners, and supporters who believe that every mother deserves to feel supported and every child deserves a chance to thrive.
Over the past year, we've worked hard to strengthen our programs, improve the way we serve families, expand our outreach, and build a stronger foundation for the future. We've celebrated victories, worked through difficult seasons, and continued showing up for families who need someone in their corner.
But the thing I'm most grateful for isn't a particular program, event, or accomplishment. It's the people. The people who answer the phone when a mother is in crisis. The volunteers who deliver diapers. The churches that collect donations. The businesses that open their doors to us. The donors who give faithfully. The staff who pour their hearts into this ministry. And the mothers who allow us to walk alongside them during some of the most important moments of their lives.
This past year has taught me that this ministry is not built by one person. It takes all of us - and ultimately, it takes God. There have been moments when the path ahead wasn't clear, but God has continued to provide the people, resources, and opportunities we needed at just the right time.
“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” - Galatians 6:9
That verse has been especially meaningful to me this year. The work we do isn't always easy, and we don't always get to see the impact of every seed we plant. But we keep showing up. We keep serving. We keep loving. And we trust God with the results.
As I look toward the year ahead, I am excited about what God has in store for The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads. There is still much work to do, but I know we don't have to do it alone.
Thank you for trusting me with the responsibility of leading this ministry. Thank you for believing in our mission. And thank you for standing alongside the mothers and children we serve.
It has been an incredible honor to serve as your Executive Director, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to continue this journey with you. I look forward to seeing what God will accomplish through all of us in the year ahead.
With gratitude,
Bridget De Los Santos

The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads is incredibly grateful to WIC for their generous donations of baby formula. These donations are a tremendous blessing to the mothers and babies we serve and help us provide essential support to families throughout our community.
Formula is an important and often costly necessity for families with infants. Your generosity helps us meet this very real need and ensures that mothers who come to The Gabriel Project can receive assistance when they need it most.
We are thankful for WIC's partnership and for your commitment to supporting the health and well-being of mothers and babies. Thank you for helping us care for our community's youngest members and for being a blessing to the families we serve!
The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads extends our heartfelt gratitude to Walmart Store #330 for their incredibly generous donation of food to the Bethlehem Maternity Home.
This thoughtful donation will help provide meals and nourishment for the mothers and children living at the Bethlehem Maternity Home. Your generosity helps us meet everyday needs while creating a welcoming, supportive home where mothers can focus on building a stronger future for themselves and their children.
We are deeply grateful for Walmart Store #330's kindness and commitment to supporting families in our community. Thank you for being a blessing to the Bethlehem Maternity Home and the mothers and children we serve!

Sometimes, the greatest acts of kindness happen quietly - through a helping hand, a repaired door, a maintenance project, or someone simply saying, “We can take care of that.”
We are so incredibly thankful to K&T Construction for doing just that for the Bethlehem Maternity Home.
Their willingness to give their time, skills, and hard work to help with repairs and maintenance is a tremendous blessing to our organization. More importantly, their generosity helps ensure that the Bethlehem Maternity Home remains a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place for the mothers and children who live there.
Every repair they make and every project they take on is one less thing our staff has to worry about and one more way we can pour our time and resources into what matters most - caring for mothers, loving their children, and helping families move toward a brighter future.
K&T Construction, thank you for seeing a need and stepping in to help. Thank you for investing not only your skills, but your time and your heart into the Bethlehem Maternity Home. Your kindness is making a real difference in the lives of the families we serve, and we are truly grateful.
From all of us at The Gabriel Project of the Crossroads and Bethlehem Maternity Home, thank you for being part of our village. ❤️

At the Bethlehem Maternity Home, every milestone is a testament to love, resilience, and community. This quarter, we had the privilege of supporting 5 courageous mothers and 3 beautiful children, providing them with a safe haven, steady guidance, and unwavering hope during one of the most critical chapters of their lives.
The highlight of our journey together was welcoming 1 precious new baby into the world, a moment of pure joy that reminds us exactly why we do this work.
Through your support, we aren’t just providing shelter; we are helping new families build strong foundations for a brighter tomorrow

Through our Earn While You Learn program, 41 dedicated mothers have truly invested in their futures. Together, they completed 619 educational lessons, earning over 12,300 points toward essential items for their babies. These numbers represent hours of quiet dedication, growth, and preparation for motherhood. We are incredibly proud of each woman's commitment to learning and building a strong foundation for her family.

Our team stepped up to support 67 families with one-time needs, ensuring they received essential items during a challenging time.
Our wonderful Outreach Angels had the privilege of walking alongside 30 expectant mothers throughout their pregnancies. More than just providing support, they blessed these women with love, encouragement, ministry, and a renewed sense of hope.

Our incredible Hotline Angels and Central Office answered over 150 phone calls this quarter.
We can always use volunteers in all 10 counties we serve. Whether helping mothers directly, supporting outreach events, collecting donations, or spreading the word about our services, volunteers make it possible for us to reach more families in their own communities.
